What do you charge for appointments?
We charge a $25 deposit for Saturday appointments and for appointments on days we are not typically open (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday). As you can imagine, Saturday is our most popular day for fittings, and when people do not show up for a Saturday appointment, we are our that opportunity to work with another customer. And of course if we come in on a day we are typically not here and a customer doesn’t show up, our time is wasted.
If you cancel your Saturday appointment by Wednesday at 4 pm, we will refund your deposit, minus a $5 processing fee. If you cancel your appointment on one of our “off” days with 72 hours notice, we will refund your deposit, minus a $5 processing fee. If you show up for your appointment and make a purchase and/or schedule alterations, the deposit will go towards your fees.
To avoid an appointment fee, simply schedule on Wednesday or Friday between 10 am and 4 pm.
Thank you for understanding.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of alterations, restyling, and design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
We want you to be completely satisfied. Please inspect your garments thoroughly before accepting them and removing them from the premises. You will be assumed to have accepted the goods unconditionally unless a claim that the good(s) are defective is made before accepting the item at the final fitting.
